Jesus invited us in Mark 11:20-23 to step into the God kind of faith. It is the kind of faith that speaks to the mountain (obstacle) in your life and see it removed. David spoke to his mountain (Goliath) in 1 Samuel 17. This message is about the practiocal application of releasing our faith with our words.

Mountains in the Bible often have a positive connotation. However, a mountain can also be an obstacle in our life that is hindering us from getting where we need to go. Jesus invited us to operate in the God kind of faith in Mark 11:20-23. He invited us to speak to the mountain and see it removed. It won't happen by the might of man or the power of our ability but by His Spirit (Zechariah 4:6). This is the first is a series on releasing grace to our mountains.

The Bible, in Acts 2, records the outpouring of the Holy Spirit prophesied in Joel 2. What they experienced in Acts 2 is available today. The Holy Spirit and all of His gifts are available to us. God is pouring out His Spirit on all flesh. God wants to baptize each one of us with His Holy Spirit and empower us to live for Him.

God often has to dial-down His Presence and power in our midst because of our low expectation. What is faith? it has to do with our expectation. How do we increase our expectation? It rises in direct relationship to our hunger. How hunger are you for God? How hungry are you to see God bring transformation to you and to the world around you?

...The desire of the righteous shall be granted (Proverbs 10:24). Hunger and desire play a big part in answered prayer. This is a message on the place that hunger and desire have in our prayer life. There are spiritual things that are set in motion because of our hunger for God.

God has set in motion certain natural and spiritual laws. The law of gravity is a natural law. It is consistent. It is no respecter of persons. Spirit laws are like that too. The law of sowing and reaping is both a natural (farming) and a spiritual law. The law of humility before honor is a spiritual law. Jesus said, "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled." Matt 5:6. There is a spiritual law that is set in motion the moment we begin to hunger and thirst after God. This message is about that law.
