One of the rhythms that is life-giving for a Christian is prayer. Prayer is our God connection for daily life. Praying in the spirit (tongues) is an amazing gift that God has given us that enables us to pray without ceasing. Paul said, he who speaks in tongues edifies himself... (1 Cor 14:4).
